GoogleIf you go to Cornerstone Fellowship (in Livermore) on a Friday, there is a regular outreach program that offers a variety of help. 📍 Address / Time Location: 348 North Canyons Pkwy, Livermore, CA 94551 (back of the Student Center) Outreach runs from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM most Fridays. ✅ What help/services they offer on Fridays During the Friday outreach, Cornerstone Fellowship — together with several partner organizations — provides the following support: Hot breakfast and packaged snack foods for attendees. Showers and fresh clothing for people without stable housing or for those in need. Help with housing navigation — partners like CityServe, Abode Services, Monthly Miracles, Tri‑Valley Haven and others come to offer resources. Free or low-cost dental and healthcare services, through partners like BACH‑CHOMP (for dental) and Axis Community Health (for medical / Medi-Cal / health kit support). Support with addiction recovery or counseling (substance-use counseling) via a partner like Project Eden. Assistance with employment opportunities, job-search support via local job centers (e.g. Tri‑Valley Career Center, Newport Health Services). Occasionally free phones or tablets (through partners like Entouch and Assurance Wireless), which can help people stay connected. Sometimes haircuts (through local barbers/hairdressers like Great Clips when they are present). A chance to connect with social-services or support networks, e.g. for housing, health, addiction recovery, life-skills classes, etc. 💡 Who this outreach is for / when to consider going The outreach is primarily aimed at unhoused or under-housed individuals or families, as well as low-income people — but it appears open to anyone in need. Services are free and you don’t need to be a church member. If you want housing help, access to showers, meals, medical/dental help, job resources, or just support — a Friday morning visit could be very helpful.

GoogleThis church has changed so much over the years. Since the last few months I visited, there're a few times with no regular Sunday service because of community events, or home church. Means no service. As a guest how do we know their schedule? It wasn’t a good feeling to be turned away or going there in vain. To my opinion, the community services can be done anytime of the week but not taking away regular Sunday service that people are going for. So funny I ended up attended the Spanish service instead, but at least I got some worship music and translated sermon to fix my urge to go to church today. The Spanish church group is very friendly and welcoming. It also serves food after. And they're there every week. I'd definitely attend if I speak Spanish.

GoogleThis is a Chruch that started well and is finishing badly. It started out as a Calvary Chapel, but in the late 90's, Steve Madsen quietly slipped out from under the CCA umbrella. Steve's pride and arrogance took center stage from that point on. This was no longer a Church; it was the Steve Madsen Comedy Hour. He mocked GOD and dared GOD to judge him. That's when I walked out for good. Steve now has his own Wikipedia Page. Good for him. He is getting his reward here on earth. He needs to repent. Regardless of what he thinks and says, GOD will and CAN still judge him.

GoogleWonderful people, band, and offer generous help to the community. If you are needing help please stop by Friday morning. There are showers, warm coffee, people to help with getting you on your feet again and will pray with you. It’s an amazing church that has open arms, realistic views, and are compassionate beyond belief.

GoogleWe have been going to this church for a long time. I read other reviews and thought I needed to put my own in. This church is changing, yes. But it is ever striving to include everyone, kinda like Jesus! They read from the Bible every sermon, and bring the message back to it the whole time. They have multiple pastors so the way things are presented changes from week to week but is always brought back to what does love require. That is asked because of John 3:16 "for God so loved the world...". They focus on the unhoused, social justice, fostering children and many other local and global ministries. This church is open and friendly and a great asset to the Tri-valley.
