When you order by door dash, and need to call them to make sure they make the shakes thick instead of runny, they won’t answer the phone. They make the shakes way too runny, it’s not flavored milk

Here’s what you get if you pay over $50 for a 6 in cake here: - mismatched cake rounds (ugly slices) * They used old cake from previous arrangements to save on costs - different colored frosting than you asked for - ugly decoration placement - no middle layer filling (when asked for) - ice burn throughout from improper temperature during storage - uneven icing AND NO REFUND, avoid at all costs

I came here because they had a Despicable Me 4 promotion going on and I love minions. However I just have to note that the minion flavor is absolutely disgusting. 😭 It's supposed to be marshmallow, and it really does taste like a marshmallow. However, WHY WOULDN'T YOU PICK LIKE ANY OTHER FLAVOR. Banana? An INCREDIBLY viable option. Yellow marshmallow really makes it seem like you're eating a literal minion, which is really off-putting and it just doesn't taste good. Thankfully, they still serve the ice cream in the minion cup (for now) even if you don't get the minion flavor. Also, I've always felt kind of negatively about the vibe in Coldstone- it's kind of grimy, poorly-lit, and outdated. It doesn't really make you want to stay in the building very long. I would say they should replace a lightbulb and then redecorate or something. As a lactose-challenged individual, I was a bit disappointed with the lactose-free options, but at least they existed and they was not an upcharge. Yes, I ate the ice cream, and yes, my tummy hurts. That's not Coldstone's fault, I just enjoy ice cream. Also, the ice cream was kinda melty and really stretchy which was again kinda off putting. I mean, it tasted good, but there's better ice cream places out there. Staff was friendly and helpful! The line was a bit slow, but that's fine.

I am writing this review hoping to help improving the customer service from their employees. I want there on Sunday, June 8. There was a teen blond girl who didn’t greet when we arrived. There were no more customers it’s not that she was busy. She was just rude. When we were ready to order she continued being disengaged. Not a hi, not a smile. When she was ready she just yelled “is that it?” . I was going to order something else but I changed my mind after this unpleasant experience. I hope the owner reads this post and pays more attention to their employees.

Awesome staff and tasty ice cream! Good prices for what you get. I highly recommend a pre determined recipe for ice cream and toppings. Dont forget to ask about their secret menu!
