44 minutes timer washing session, awesome. I only used one washer during this visit I did not choose to dry in my experience dryers can get ridiculously expensive and not much heat supply. Bill changers will not take $20 bills. It is a small tight quarters you will be rubbing elbows.

Had an issue with a machine and left a slip for the machine. Mr. Rob Martin was kind enough to refund me the money for my loss via mail other business would not even bother making things right.

Very nice laundromat, they have some newer looking small sized washers that are touch screen. Everything was nice and clean. If it gets too busy it might be tight squeeze in some aisles. MOST of the machines take card so watch for the ones that don’t accept card (there is a change station). Was located next to a grocery store so there’s lots of parking and felt safe, overall very nice!

It’s an awesome and clean laundry place. Most importantly the Owner is a very friendly person and extremely helpful. This was our first time using laundromat and he helped us out throughout the process. This place has everything including machine for change, detergent, laundry bags, etc They have different sizes of washer too which really helps to segregate your laundry. Best laundry place in Livermore and I would definitely recommend to everyone.

I’m surprised this place is so highly rated. It’s a decent size, and it’s clean overall. Despite advertising itself as credit-card friendly, many washers have “coins only” signs taped over the credit card readers. When I tried a washer with my credit card, it didn’t work. I loaded clothes into a dryer, only to realize that the door wouldn’t stay closed. There are only 4 chairs to sit on, and the coin machine says it might give you tokens with your quarters—due to a “national coin shortage.” I went on a Monday, midmorning, and it was busy. It can be a lot better here with some improvements.
