This is a mixed review. The technicians who come out and perform work are good to great. Really professional people who do good work. That deserves 5 stars. However, reaching this business is virtually impossible. You can get stuck on hold for HOURS "while all representatives are assisting other customers". You get to listen to them brag about how fast they respond - while you are stuck in a never-ending loop of Clark advertisements. All the while your pest problem remains unaddressed. Oh, and if you find the "request service" form on the Clark Pest Control Livermore website, good luck. Every time we've filled out the form **absolutely nothing** happens. This deserves 1 star (or no stars whatsoever!) So, 3 stars is just an average.

The technicians are always polite and accommodating and get rid of my bugs. They do a good job and if for some reason I still have bugs, they will come out again and spray at no extra charge.

Now avoid them. They changed my rate which ay be ok but with no notice in March. My auto pay was 4$ short for March and May invoices (bi monthy billing) . Clark has hired 3 rd party collection agency in S California, Arm Solutions Camarillo CA. Agency sent me notice June 2 of collection process for 4$ balance. I since in May sent check to cover costs. Further they added 5$ collection fee when I called now. Livermore office and phone people say this is out of their control. Management is no where to intervene. This is more than stupid. $4 and 1 day late (June 2 their collection notice )and add 5$ and threaten furter collect actions. Livermore office said they would put note in file but could do no more. Where is manager who got this out of control collection office involved?? Clarke services need to be cancelled and avoided until they resolve this... I am/was ~10 yr customer with no real previous issues... cancel or avoid clark who can not control their own billing computers. Perhaps they will resolve and fire collection company with no reasonable procedures but threats

Update 12/24: We have had a long standing issue with mice and rats out here in the county. We have had Clark out twice in the past month - the first time to show access points (I closed those off) and to set some traps. They came back yesterday to check the traps that were placed and to set more where some activity may have been. Isaiah was a pleasure to work with and he takes his job very seriously. I am grateful for such a kind and diligent worker. He even tried to repair a broken landscape light!! (already broken - he was not the cause). Love the integrity and the desire to go a step beyond in his line of work. Hard to find people such as Isaiah -- We have a home on an acre of land and this year has already proven to be a "buggy" year. Although we had our home sprayed, we found ticks and black widows everywhere. I called Clark and Alexander Baker came out to our home and went over it from top to bottom, re-spraying it and even extending the area sprayed to the yard and pool area. We appreciated his thoroughness and prompt response very much. Literally the day before, we had another pest control company "in the area" offering a very nice discount to go with them, but I called Clark and they came out -- which helped make my decision much easier. We appreciate the service, the personal touch and the helpfulness of Alexander and wish him well in the Clark company.

I have had Clark pest control service for a while and always had great results with the treatment services and they are very cautious about pet areas if water and food bowels are left out very professional staff each person that has come out for treatment is exactly as the last always happy to answer questions
