Only our second time to a Chic Fil A and let me tell you, this restaurant is a must go to. I had the chicken biscuit, tots and soda meal. Hot fresh food, great flavor and so on point with everything. The things that stuck out more than the awesome meal was the atmosphere. Fresh flowers at every table, uplifting music which was needed for me and super clean!!!! Better than most "5 star" high end restaurants. Can't say enough or give enough stars

Wish they had more open seating sometimes ill have to sit in the two person stall and I feel all cramped. Food is good. People are friendly. They always say my pleasure except two times in the morning ack to back. Had this one gal not give us the ever so famous my pleasure that we long for. But other than that good if ur looking for a quick bite.

First-time at any Chick-fil-A. First in line for drive thru at 6:30 AM. Breakfast was good as was expected. Lady was super nice and gave my Frenchie a milk bone.

Used the drive thru for a quick bite during a road trip. Long line that moved amazing fast. Ordered, paid & was ready when we reached the windows maybe 2mins later. Fresh, hot & good as always.

Been coming to the location pretty consistently for the last couple years. After initial opening, the food quality dropped a bit and fries were soggy and chicken was moderate temp. However, the last several visits, the food has consistently been hot and fresh, fries slightly crisp and salted and the same consistently friendly service. After having issues twice at the Pleasanton location, always with veggie wrap, I've never had an issue with my order being correct at this location. This past visit the line was not long, but seemed to take forever for the line to move. I still rate it higher than any other fast food in the area for accuracy, friendliness and promptness in receiving our order. The cleanliness indoors keeps us coming back as well.
