Absolutely unacceptable service. I arrived at the bank one hour before closing, only to be turned away by the staff who claimed they were “about to close.” This is not only unprofessional but also deeply disrespectful to customers who take time out of their day to come in during official business hours. If you don’t serve clients during the last hour, change your posted hours—don’t waste people’s time. I expected basic professionalism and was met with indifference. I will seriously reconsider doing any business with this bank moving forward.

The secure lobby door, opened with your chase card has been locked for about a year. You cannot go inside the chase to access the secure atm like EVERY OTHER BRANCH after hours. There is only one outside atm and it is constantly out of money or cant accept this or that as a result of its over use.

Very bad experience today with bank teller Isabella. I came to cash my check and she refused to do it because “I did not have enough money in my account “ That does not make sense because the check I was trying to cash is from chase and I have been a customer for more than ten years. I went to the other branch in downtown and they cash it without problems, so I ask them if it is true that they cannot cash your check if you do not have enough money in your account. They said as long as you have a Chase account they have to cash it, which makes me think this was a racial issue and because I am Mexican she refused to cash my check.

I asked a teller to help me with a debit card problem. He told me to call the telephone number on the card. I called the number with my cell phone while in my car. However, the phone was a different phone than associated with my account. The Chase representative said to go back into the branch to get someone to help me. There was no one available in the branch though. What a run around. Bad customer service. Still not resolved.

Today is Feb. 9 2022. ( I would like to give another 5 stars ) I would just like to say thanks to this Chase branch manager, Alicia Frazier again. She and Caoline A. Lopez are so nice to customer. If you never visit this Chase branch before, I suggest that you should try to talk to Alicia and Caroline once, you will have a very nice day even if you had a very bad day before you walked into this Chase branch. I had been with this Chase branch last 10 years and they have so many friendly employees. You should have a peace of mind whether you put your money here in the regular account or retirement account. They will do their best to help you. Frazier for today's help. She knew how complicated the situation is and how frustrated on my side before her help. An extremely sad day becomes a very happy day under her quick help today making me have to write this 5 star review on her, Jay, Ramen and Alexq ( I am not sure the spelling on Jay, Ramen and Alexa names being correct, but they know who I refer to ) Actually, Alicia helped me on the other case several months ago probably when she just started working as this branch manager. I had been coming to this branch for last 10 years and they always have good managers. When I came in here before several previous managers were like friends saying hello to me. Anyway, this is the Chase Bank branch that I like the most! Again, thanks for your extreme help and you all should get promoted! ------------------------------ Previous Review ----------------------------------------------------------- This Chase bank branch is the best chase bank in Livermore. Josh peine (Banker) helped me to resolve an issue which was created by a very stupid female business account banker of Livermore downtown branch. Josh is a very smart, quick, efficient, honest, most helpful banker that I have ever seen. I would like to give 100 stars to this branch, but the Rate&Review only allow me to give 5 stars.
