GoogleWaited in line behind a lady with her dog standing on the teller’s counter. I couldn’t believe it. A dog on a counter in a bank! Wow. There’s a security guard. He could’ve easily stopped her when she entered. My luck I had to use the counter after she left. Disgusting.

GoogleThe cashiers are very slow and relaxed. They only let one person pass in 20 minutes. They ask too many questions. I had a problem with payment and we waited a long time. They were chatting. It's like they forgot that they were working. I waited for Livermore Central Bank. I couldn't get any help or attention. I don't recommend it to anyone.

GoogleThe banker who helped me in applying for a new credit card didn’t gave all complete details of the offer. After enquiring with her, she simply said it was a miscommunication on my mind and she just left which is not good at all
