Thank you Carpet One of Livermore for EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! Just wanted to express our gratitude for Carpet One, Efrain Jauregui, Alfonso, Ozzy & Joseph. We did shop around a bit in Livermore only to discovered Efrain who completely understood our concerns. (Our floors were unleveled, buckled, wavy to say the least and not wheel chair compliant.) When he came over to discuss our concerns we knew he found the right man for our project. We selected the hardwood and moved into the various steps. DEMO: Our foreman was Alfonso and crew was Ozzy & Joesph. Alfonso had morning and mid day pow-wows to discussed the plan and focus for each day. We expressed our concerns as he guided us through the process. They cleared a room at a time and keep the are clean from debris & nails. Within a few day they had 2,100 sq cleaned out and hauled away. LEVELING & Subfloor work. Alfonso work tirelessly for a few days leveling and adding/changing out subfloors where needed. The crew was right there working in sync. They are a very positive team! HARDWOOD FLOOR INSTALLATION: Of course reviewed the plan and what to expect all along the way. We schedule times to check in and felt comfortable the entire time. We were there when they started laying the boards and able to pull or recommend placement. We even discussed the importance of being WHEEL CHAIR assessable with seamless entries on all the doorways. Alfonso is a master craftsmen and It turn out perfect! BASEBOARD INSTALL: This beautiful baseboard was installed by Ozzy & Joseph through out the house. NEW VENTS: We decided to get new vents throughout and we love them. Aesthetically, they are great and have open and close features with filter options to capture some elements, great for asthmatics. OUR WALKAWAY: We’ve never walk on a level floor before and it feels like walking on a cloud! We selected the MEDITERRANEAN COLLECTION FRENCH OAK CALIFORNIA CLASSICS WIDE PLANK and it's absolutely breath taking. The solid product is a dream to walk on, clean up and blends in well with our various pieces of furniture. We thank our lucky stars we ran into Efrain and Carpet One! Highly Recommended! Working with Carpet One and Isaiah was very easy. He was very knowledgeable about the product we wanted, and took care of everything. Installation was fast and easy and now we have a floor that we love. They went out of their way to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Thanks so much!!

Carpet One was nothing but professional from start to finish. They delivered a beautiful product on time and within my budget. The finished project is definitely something you'd want to show off. Should I get a chance to do business with them again, I will not hesitate. I will certainly tell anyone that I know to give them a try as well. Thank you Carpet One of Livermore! I love my floors!

Ordered laminate here, they were great to work with! Helped me find colors I was thinking of. That was extremely helpful, since there are so many choices. Would use them again for a project
