Superb customer service. The red shirt person who took my order was so informative and nice. This was our first beyond patty burger. Amazing . You got to try this out here.

Quality was terrible, bathrooms were awful, the prices were high and the staff looked like they wanted to revolt. I expected a lot more from a restaurant in Livermore.

Cant speak to other reviews of customer service bc I don't go in the mornings. But I've never had a problem at this CJ's, except speed but thats not a huge complaint for me. It's actually one of the better ones in the East Bay, they have plenty of customization options that aren't offered at most other locations, which is why I come here often.
