I just wanted to share a quick note about my recent virtual telehealth consultation. I had the pleasure of speaking with Jennifer, and honestly, the experience was just fantastic! From the very moment we connected online, her warmth and genuine friendliness shone through. It immediately made me feel so comfortable and at ease, which, as you know, can make a huge difference when you're discussing personal health matters. I had quite a few questions and a couple of things I was a bit concerned about, and she tackled every single one with such patience and understanding. She never made me feel rushed or silly for asking. Jennifer also patiently worked with me to navigate all those drop-off/pick-up times and travel time. She managed to find an ideal slot that just fits with my schedule. So appreciative of her flexibility and effort! What truly stood out was how she explained everything. She didn't just give quick answers; she really took the time to break down all the information in a way that was incredibly clear and easy for me to grasp. I walked away from the consultation feeling totally informed and reassured, which is exactly what you hope for. It was a truly positive and refreshing experience!

I was in to see Dr. Ting but got his assistant Yonna instead. She was absolutely amazing. So kind and attentive. She was very patient with me and answered all my questions, and not in a manner that she was trying to rid of me, but rather inform me. This will be my dermatologist from now on. Thank you Yonna!

Dr A Leon, my dermatologist, was very professional and thorough. I felt comfortable with her even though this was my first visit. As a new older patient it was very difficult to fill out the paperwork online so after dealing with office staff about five times a hard copy of six pages was mailed to me. It was also challenging at times to reach a person at the Livermore office. I will be returning for surgery soon.

California Dermatology is efficient and has excellent service. Their processes are simple to use and the providers are very knowledgeable. I always have all my questions answered and never rushed.
