I took my Nissan Altima for a bumper/grille/fender fix . Tyler was very prompt, quick and responsive to inspect my car, take photos and prepare a quote. The team was very understanding of my situation and I felt I was in the right place. I was able to communicate seamlessly on insurance updates, timeline, repair updates and when I could pick up my car. I am very satisfied with the repair, finish and the whole process end to end and they returned my car looking brand new! Competent professionals who take great care, attention to detail and pride in the work they do, which is rare to find these days! And to top it off, great ethics and integrity !! What more could a customer ask for? A big thank you :)

I worked with Jeff to help remove a dent on my Lexus. Jeff provided excellent customer service. I went to Livermore Collision without making an appointment, and Jeff still spent time with me to review the dent and discuss options. He then let me come back the next morning to get the work done. His team did a great job. I am so impressed by Jeff's customer service and knowledge, I will go back to Livermore Collision for any future auto body needs. I highly recommend Livermore Collision Center.

Excellent service and help and attention here! Big thanks to Jeff & Tyler as always! These guys got many decades in the industry and do great honest clean work! Everytime I pick up my vehicles there it is clean and straight and as good as it was when u picked it up at the dealership. . And they work well with many many insurance companies. Thanks again!!

This place was recommended to me. When I went in, my car was looked at and I was told I’d be sent a quote. Not having heard, I called back after a week, and was told that they’ve just been busy and hadn’t gotten round to it. I called again another week later, as I still hadn’t heard. I was apologised to again and told it would be done this week. I’ve never heard from them again. I took my car to multiple other shops only to be told that the job basically couldn’t be done, so maybe this is why I never heard back. However, I would much prefer this to be communicated than to not hear back at all.
