Biryani & Dosa Grill in Livermore has quickly become our local favorite for South Indian breakfast! Love this new restaurant and the fact that they open early at 8:30am except Tuesdays, perfect for a cozy weekend start. Their dosas are perfectly crisp, the sambar is flavorful, and the chutneys taste fresh and homemade. We tried the masala dosa, idli vada combo, and filter coffee (complimentary) — everything was spot on and served hot. The staff is super friendly, service is quick, and the place has a warm, family-friendly vibe. If you’re craving authentic South Indian food in the Tri-Valley area, this spot is a must-try. A true gem right here in Livermore!

Tried their mutton curry dosa last time it was perfectly made came here for chicken curry Dosa this time. Don’t remember having authentic dosa + chicken curry this good in sometime. Highly recommend as I’m in love with this place. Mango lassy is super good

This was my first time trying Biryani & Dosa Grill and I was really impressed. The food exceeded my expectations. The biryani had authentic taste and the dosas were perfectly cooked. The place is very clean and well maintained. Staff were polite and welcoming. Definitely worth visiting if you're in Livermore

Great food and service. Only 25 odd seats and a small footprint about 800-1000 as feet but food options are aplenty for both veg and non veg - almost 50-70 menu items. Located in a strip mall so ambiance is ordinary but hygienic and clean.

We tried biryani and dosa grill today Baby corn pepper fry was too lemony . We ordered onion rava dosa and one of them was burnt . But tomato chutney and sambar was very good.
