My experience was a bit disappointing mainly due to the communication around wait times. I was told it would take about an hour, which I was completely fine with since I had just walked in. I understand delays can happen, and I don’t mind waiting — I just wish the timing had been communicated more honestly. After waiting nearly 2 hours, I asked for an update and was told my car was “next,” but it hadn’t even been brought back yet. That’s when I decided to politely ask for my keys back. I later realized I wasn’t the only one in this situation, as other customers had also been given similar time estimates. I believe most people are understanding when it comes to waiting, especially when expectations are clear. We are all human, and mistakes happen — but more transparency about realistic wait times would really help customers plan their day better. Thank you for the experience, and I hope this feedback helps improve communication moving forward.

Went in for a front end alignment which went very well. In addition, we started talkin batteries and the checked both batteries and cleaned them up. Very Good Service with the techs and ownership.

First time coming here and will deff be back super fast service. Had tire rotated checked all breaks and suspension and greased up everything and got break fluid changed

Eddie and Gabe were very helpful with our Dodge Ram that needed an oil change and tire rotation. The staff is always friendly and does a great job. We usually deal with Greg, he will be missed dearly🙏
