This had to have been the worst customer service I have ever experienced walking into a beverage store such as this. Extremely rude service, indifferent service, and they wouldn't answer even the most basic questions I had and fully ignored me when I'm standing there asking about some wines that were near the cash register. I pointed toward one of their discounts offers and had a simple question and the guy said 'whatever' Didn't look up and mumbled something under his breath. I should have followed my instinct and gone to Total Wine instead to get what I need. After being ignored I decided to do research on the wines I had question about. Bevmo put a fake price on quarter size bottles of champagne claiming the originally were $39 and now 2 for 1. After doing research bevmo has never sold that quarter sized bottle for $39 that was a lie and a fake price in order to put a fake half price on the bottle. Shame on them for doing such deceptive practices in their pricing. I am an educator in the wine business so I will educate many on how not to do things.

I was in search of a particular type of rum and Bev Mo didn't carry it. The store manager made a great effort to find it for me at a store in San Jose. He eventually got it at this store. The selections of beer and liquor are diverse and range from "daily drinker" to top shelf. I even like that they had limes in stock when the neighboring grocery store was out. Perfect place for all ur needs.

I recently visited BevMo to pick up some specialty wines for a family gathering. The staff was incredibly helpful, guiding me to their best selections based on my preferences. They were knowledgeable about different wine regions and made excellent recommendations. The quality of the wines was fantastic, and the prices were very reasonable, especially considering the quality. I also appreciated the wide variety of choices in store. Overall, great service, great products, and excellent value!

Love the high end selection of rye whiskey (whistle pig 15), the tequila (Herradura they have a $300 bottle) and champagne (Joseph Perrier). The staff is always willing to look up inventory or give me a heads up whether or not they will be receiving unique bottles. I appreciate their honest opinions on certain beverages and appreciate if they don't know something.
