Kelly was thoroughly professional throughout this whole process of selling our home. We had moved out of state and she took care of the house as if it were her own! Kelly DeYoreo was our agent for the sale of our home of 25 years. She did an incredible job throughout the entire transaction. Rather than put our house on the market at a low price in order to attract multiple offers and possibly a bidding war, she used the prices of comparable houses in the area and conferred with us to ensure that we were comfortable using a realistic, accurate market price for the sale price. We completely appreciated that she used an intelligent listing amount instead of playing the bidding war game. We received 3 offers well over asking, which was fantastic. Instead of sifting through dozens of bids and hours of frustration, we were able to select what we considered the best of 3 very solid, serious offers. Of course, no can predict what offers we would get from the listing, but with Kelly we knew that we would receive the best possible service and most meticulous attention to detail that any agent could offer. Kelly had our windows washed (we had a lot of windows), carpets cleaned, staged the house and backyard, and worked with us to find a gardener and house painter to get the house looking its best. Prior to going on the market, we walked through the house and yard with Kelly to point out some of the unique details of the property (waterfalls, lush landscaping, and garden areas, swimming pool, etc.). We felt rather lucky that we able to get all cash offer, with all contingencies removed, and a 10 close, but we know for certain that Kelly facilitated and negotiate that incredible offer. To top it off, the buyer seemed like a perfect fit for our home, with similar interests and appreciation for the 25 years where we raised our children and invested in the home. Suffice it to say that we are 100% confident that we could not have received better representation than we received from Kelly DeYoreo and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Drysdale Properties.

Terri Jensen is truly a AMAZING person and Realitor. She helped me through a difficult situation and reassured me it will all be ok She helped with the reverse mortgage my mom had on house. I can not thank her enough if your looking for a great Realitor Terri is your person helps you to get the most from your property by explaining things you can do as a fixer upper.
