Wonderful location with a huge selection & EXCELLENT customer service! I was immediately greeted by the nicest person (didn’t catch a name but had shoulder length black hair) and he helped me find what I was looking for right away. Then at check out, and one of the managers helped me with my online order pick up (her name started with a CH or SH, can’t remember!) and she was quite possibly the most pleasant person I’ve ever met! Everyone at the store was cheery, friendly and ready to help. 10 stars!! As far as the products, this store has a beautifully organized selection. I bought a bunch of Moisturizing Hand Sanitizers that are almost like a lotion. They are great and make great gifts!

This Bath and Body Works is THE absolute best location I’ve ever been to! A true Livermore gem, I can’t help but praise this store whenever I get the opportunity. Let me tell you, the staff is extremely helpful, attentive and knowledgeable! Every time I come in I have an amazing experience from walking in to checking out. I’ve been shopping here since they’ve opened and the store is consistently full, clean and smells so so good! Thank you to all the staff members who make shopping here the absolute best! You all rock!

I placed a mobile order today and with the holidays, the store was busy understandable but I talk to two ladies who both were super pleasant and helpful with my questions! Especially Sheveen(probably spelled wrong) but she had the best attitude on the phone and extremely on top of my order. Loved the customer service

Wanted to thank the lovely girl who helped me pick out gifts for my family member. She was extremely patient and helpful. I believe her name was Lialah Might be spelling it wrong, but she was an amazing employee. Thank you so much for making my experience much more comfortable and at ease.
