By pure accident I captured a picture of a rainbow and lightning together and asked ChatGPT what I should do with the photo. It recommended Bay Photo to memorialize the picture in metal. I couldn’t be happier with the result. It arrived yesterday and sits above our fireplace. The framing is perfect and it was packaged carefully and securely so no damage was sustained. I highly recommend Bay Photo and will use them again if I’m ever lucky enough to take such an amazing picture.

I ordered a 16x20 and I must of read the shipping times wrong for my order. It was suppose to ship in 2-5 days and I would get it in time for Christmas. It ended up in production for 5 days and there was no way i was going to get it in time. I called and switched to overnight, but they couldnt make any promises that it would be out the door that day. Bay photo came through and got it out on time. It shipped the same day. The layout to shipping/production page would benefit from a more visually organized layout. Quality of photo was nice!

I placed an order for a metal print with rushed shipping to arrive before Christmas. The order was placed one day before the holiday order cutoff date. The package didn't arrive until December 30. After inquiring about the delay, Bayphoto customer service said that UPS normally does a pick up on 12/24, but didn't this time. Even if UPS did pick up those orders on 12/24, I don't see how it could have arrived by Christmas. I was issued a refund of $6.99, which is the difference between standard shipping and expedited shipping. Order placed: 12/17/2025 Order completed: 12/24/2025 UPS shipping label created: 12/24/2025 at 9:55am UPS picks up package: 12/26/2025 at 7:07pm Finally delivered 12/30/2025

I just received my metal print today. It far exceeds expectations. It is absolutely beautiful. I am making a memorial mosaic in honor of my brother-in-law that pasted away last month, so the quality was extremely important. I could not be happier.

Have had metal prints made at Bay Photo of some of my photos, mostly landscapes. Each time, the results are superb! Packaging is also outstanding! The most recent print was a 45x30 landscape that I did not expect to be completed by Christmas. Well, it was and the recipient was VERY happy. Thank you Bay Photo!
