I had a great experience working with Jesse from Bay Pest Solutions. From start to finish, his service was professional, thorough and efficient. He called prior to his arrival, he arrived earlier then expected, took his time to explain the exclusion process in detail, and made sure all my questions were answered before he got started. Jesse was extremely knowledgeable and was attentive to the areas of concern. He was courteous and wore shoe coverings. It was refreshing to work with someone who is not only skilled but also friendly. It was also pretty amazing to see the work that was completed via the customer portal. Overall, the level of service exceeded my expectations, and I truly appreciate the care and attention Jesse provided. I highly recommend Jesse and Bay Pest Solutions to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality pest control services.

Like many others, rodents have worked hard to invade my space. Bay Pest Solutions has been a god-send. Working together, we have devised an effective strategy to protect my environment. Bay Pest Solutions are honest, ethical, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The owner and his team are responsive, respectful, and work quickly. I’m so impressed with BayPest. They have gone above and beyond for my mice issues. Josh is an amazing technician and so professional. He always finds where the mice are getting in through such careful checking the perimeter. He has found every opening and addressed it very successfully. The owner of this company Bob Keefer is a great owner and responded to my texts about a bat in my house.. I was surprised the owner was so approachable. I definitely found a great company as they also did my house tenting for termites! I have been with 3 other companies but this company Baypest is definitely a cut above all the rest.

Huge ant problem before starting service with Bay Pest Solution. Zero ants since - probably 4 years or so. We use their quarterly service. Technician is knowledgeable, kind, takes feedback, answers questions and goes out of his way to do a great job.
