I bought almost $200 worth of products in this store and I will use this products as gifts to my family overseas. After all of my products have been scanned. I politely asked for small paper bags to the cashier and mentioned that I am ok on paying those paper bags so that I can present it well to my family members abroad. I never had any issues doing this for almost 6 years as it is my tradition to use bath and body works as gifts because of quality of the products compared with your competitors. The sales lady mentioned that she will ask her manager if she can do that. To my surprise the so called manager mentioned that it's AGAINST THE CORPORATE POLICY to sell the bags because she said that the supply is limited! I am wondering, if that is the so called policy it should posted outside of your store and customers must be informef about that limited paper bags so that we can also limit the amount of products that we are purchasing or go somewhere else! I am asking 20 bags because of the amount of the products that I bought and I mentioned if that is not possible I'll get 10, in my surprise THE MANAGER MENTIONED that It seems I don't understand her and she rudely mentioned again that previous statements! I was so surprised the way she treated us as customers and I mentioned I bought alot of products for the amount of bags that I am willing to pay to appropriately bag my products, and if she will think about it and I buy 2 or 3 products one at a time and pay that bag that I am asking it will be the same and not as hard the way she's making the situation! She is SO CALLED MANAGER but she doesn't know how to provide a quality and professional service. It seems she's so stressed, haggard and so obnoxious and racist in every action and words that she's showing on that moment and her strong tone of her voice will irritate anyone. If she is hateful and doesn't want her job please don't keep her as a manager because your company's name and credibility will be damaged by this rude manager. I was asking her complete name but they never told me.

Amazing customer service! I went in today for the soap as it was on sale. I got the best customer service. I know they greet you when they walk in but the supervisor wasn’t fake nice, she was just being kind pointed me in the right direction and chatted a moment while answering all my questions. Then when I went to check out the cashier named Aiden was fantastic, he was so pleasant and when I had a reward he told me and because he paid attention to the scents I liked he recommended it in the single wick candle and went out of his way and took me to it.
