Awful people and awful company. They instructed me to deposit Treasury checks for an ERC refund on a closed business that I banked with them on. They promised the funds would be available in 10 days and gave me a deposit slip stating that. However, the funds never became available, they froze them and then closed my account, closed my personal account, and closed my personal credits cards, taking my cc points/money and dropping my credit score 20 points. For 6 weeks their representative lied to me stating that they are fixing the problem and will get my accounts reopened and my funds available. He also lied and said Michael would be calling me shortly to explain everything, which never happened either. Nothing the bank representative told me was true. I just received official Bank of America correspondence in response to my CFPB regulatory complaint that they reviewed my issue and determined everyone did everything correctly at BofA and I will not get my funds and need to contact the Treasury Department. This bank gave me erroneous information, causing me damages, then lied to me for 6 weeks, took my money, and walked away from me. Awful company and horrible people there. I will now need to sue them for the damages their constant lying and caused me.

Haojun Zhu was absolutely amazing. She helped me with so much and even getting my kids up with a bank info so when they turn 18 they can already have an established reliable relationship with their banking partner. It was a refreshing visit because I thought I knew what I was doing but quite literally didn’t. It’s so important to get financial advice and support from your banking managers. A job well done and thank you so much for your help🙏🏼

I had a fantastic experience at this Bank of America branch, where the staff went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Especially, Senior Banker Haojun (Shelly) Zhu was particularly helpful, and their professionalism and friendliness made our banking experience truly wonderful.

The customer service is really good! Last week I went with a relative to apply for a card in the BANK OF AMERICA AT (1748 Railroad Ave, Livermore, CA 94550) . From the moment we arrived, we were treated very well. An associate named Yolanda approached us with a warm welcome! She politely asked us what help we needed! She took us to her office to complete the process. She was very kind, professional, respectful, and patient. She took the time to help us and explain the process to us! I truly congratulate her on her service!
