Amazing service. I had to fix a scratches in my car before I return my lease car, I called in last minute. The person in the office was so welcoming and understood my situation and squeezed in time for me. Not only did he managed a time but also fixed scratch with out a trace.

This shop truly went above and beyond for me. From the moment I walked in, they treated me with honesty, patience, and real compassion—something that’s rare these days. I was helped out by William and Rodney they really took care of my car when I really needed the help, and they never made me feel rushed or taken advantage of. Very happy with the fender dent repair & paint job. Thank you to Lenin who was so kind & professional. He was sympathetic and reassured me that it would get fixed. He got back to me quickly with a thorough estimate & followed up with phone calls & updates throughout the process. Everyone I talked to was friendly. I am so pleased with the work that was done. I can’t thank the team at B&S Hacienda Body Shop enough! My Acura was stolen and came back with extensive damage, and honestly, I didn’t know what to expect. From the moment I brought it in, everyone there treated me like a person, not just a customer. They were patient, understanding, and walked me through every step of the process. They handled all the repairs with incredible care and even helped coordinate with my insurance, which made a stressful situation so much easier. When I finally got my car back, it looked amazing — honestly, better than I even remembered. If you want a body shop that genuinely cares, communicates, and does amazing work, B&S Hacienda is the place. They turned a really tough experience into something I can actually smile about.

Came in for a quote, everyone was friendly and welcoming. Quoted 3 days for the repairs, dropped the car off a few days later and was quoted 3-5 days and they would call me when they got the bumper off. Dropped the car off first thing on a Tuesday, I had to call Friday for an update since I had not heard back at all. I was notified they found a dent and were waiting on the PDR guy to come out. Received an update Monday morning as was told they’d have the car back to me Wednesday or Thursday at the latest. Friday morning I call for another update, yet again haven’t heard anything. Cars in line to be washed and would be ready later in the day. 3 days turned into 9, no big deal but the lack of communication is ridiculous. Arrived to pick up the car, the rear bumper and quarter panel don’t line up. They’d call the PDR guy Monday, let me know and schedule a time for me to bring it in. It’s now Tuesday afternoon, haven’t heard back. Go figure. Inspecting the car at home, there are still scratches on the quarter panel right above the bumper that i was told would buff out during the initial inspection. Who inspected the car before releasing to me? There are also scratches on the hood that were not there before. This car has only been professionally washed, (absolutely no automated or even hand wash only facilities) and was washed on Sunday before taking it in on a Tuesday. No scratches were present. The lack of communication and the quality of the final product are a joke. I should not have to take my vehicle back for them to fix what I came in for in the first place. I would not bring another car here.
