I want to give a huge shout-out to the gentleman who helped me at AutoZone today. He was an older man with outstanding customer service and a kind attitude. I came in with a bad car part, expecting a hassle, but he handled everything quickly and professionally. Not only did he process the return with no issues, he also offered me a great exchange deal that saved me both time and money. It’s rare these days to meet someone who genuinely cares and goes the extra mile, but he truly did. AutoZone is lucky to have someone like him. Thank you for making my day a whole lot easier!

I came in to purchase new wiper blades for my 2019 Subaru Outback. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by the store manager who directed me to the proper wiper blades. Another employee, Connor, installed them for me. He installed the wipers quickly and was very pleasant. Overall, a very positive experience.

I stopped at AutoZone to buy new windshield wipers. Connor offered to help me install them even though he wasn't the associate ringing me up. This is my second time with Connor. He is so genuinely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

I’m 77 years old … I went there to have my engine check since my engine like came on… the manager gave me the equipment and told me to check it myself!! He couldn’t leave the store.. he wasn’t alone!! His attitude was horrible.. you never treat a customer that way !!! I know I was a manger too My husband was with me but he has a bad back and can’t bend that low.. Would he tell his mother that !!! Elders don’t go there install go to O’ Riley‘s They are the Best … they did it for me Thank O’ Riley on Railroad. Best Service!!!!

Connor was extremely courteous in helping me find the right product for my car. He also showed me how to properly install it - it was simple to him, but confusing to me. I would highly recommend Autozone for fantastic parts and service!
