AMAZING customer service! I cannot say enough about Connect Hearing in Livermore. Holly and Karen are the dynamic duo! Wow, are we lucky to have them as a local business in our town - incredible knowledge, experience, kindness and professionalism. They repaired my father's hearing aid within minutes of my call and arrival. Their office is so convenient and safe, with car-side service. They earn our family's highest recommendation!!! Jordan was really friendly and helpful. He made sure everything was working properly and that I was satisfied. I got the rechargeable Phonak hearing aids and they are working great. It's nice not to worry about changing batteries at random times.

Not a good day at Connect Hearing in Livermore. I stopped short a mtg in Pleasanton to arrive on time for an 11 am appt. I was there at 10:55. I was told the appt would very soon after the hearing specialist was off of a conference call. After a 30-minute wait with NO apologies for the delay and No word on the timing for the appt, I left the office. They just lost a possible sale of a new hearing aid.

Just went in for a cleaning of my Hearing Aids & had a new hearing test. My hearing did change, so adjustments were made. The staff is very nice, and very helpful. I got my Hearing Aids over 3 years ago, and have been very pleased with their service.

Doug clearly has an extensive background in resolving hearing problems. I very much appreciated his efforts to fully characterize my hearing issues and then custom fit a set of new hearing aids that incorporate the latest technology. It was also comforting to know that if I have any problems in the future, he is there to help. His colleague Heather was both friendly and very helpful in dealing with the administrative aspects including working with the insurance company.
