GoogleStood here for 15 minutes and wasn’t acknowledged or greeted. They have a sign for sign ups, yet nothing to sign onto? They also don’t answer their phone and I called every hour yesterday. Disappointing since they have my item in stock, but nothing in sight. I should’ve just got my item delivered because it’s taking the same amount of time. Don’t have my order and wondering why this store is so high rated.

GoogleWhen upgrading my phone, they added the protection plan and the upgrade plan without asking. I had to see it in the email receipt then make a separate effort to cancel. Additionally they said 1-2 days to ship the phone but it turns out it’ll be more than a week and a half!

GoogleI have been here for a long time and have always used the AT&T network. However, during my visits over the past 2 to 3 months, I have been very disappointed by the male employees who discriminate against customers, along with the poor service. This makes me think that if a branch has employees who lack this kind of work and service quality, I will definitely not go again and will switch to another company with better service.

GoogleI was helped right away! Tony and his team solved my issues and were amazing. I will always be going to this location for any and all services and issues moving forward. Tony and his team were so nice and supportive. I will be referring all my friends and family to this location. Thank you again!
