Erin was great and helped us to find a solid wood headboard that closely matched our other bedroom furniture. We were pleasantly surprised to finally find something, after searching online with no success. She was very responsive over email, friendly in person, and provided us with a couple of good options to choose from. We are so happy we went to this local store for our furniture needs! This store is a hidden gem. It has mid to high end furniture, solid wood (which we were looking for) and a much wider variety that you can touch, test, and sit in than what one would get a a much bigger store. We had been to Ethan Allan, Ashley, and other larger places in the bay area and were resigned that we would need to order our furniture from Amish furniture makers as we have in the past. Before doing this, we thought to try local and see what was there. We were more than pleasantly surprised at what they had and the knowledge and guidance that Erin provided. The furniture quality was great as were prices (yes we compared) and I was not paying any local premium. They cover the furniture range from living room, dining room, office, bedroom and some interesting art. It was great to feel, test, measure and really understand what we would be getting. Its also not a what you see is all you can get situation. If you see something and its close but not quite it, Erin can quickly get you there through their internal vendor links. Erin is great to work with and is extremely knowledgable and not pushy. We highly recommend both Erin and the store. I hope they stay around much longer as we will not have far to go for any of our furniture or bedding needs.

We appreciate the positive experience shopping local! Many thanks to Erin! She is professional, friendly and we will do more business with her in the future. The design choices she helped us with fit beautifully in our home. We purchased a leather sofa with recliners and a swivel chair with complimentary fabric. The quality is excellent! They are both very comfortable and the scale is a perfect fit for our living room. Thank you also to Bryce and Jacob for your professionalism and the care you took with protecting and delivering our new furniture. We look forward to adding more quality pieces to our home from Valley Furniture.

Erin, the store manager, is fantastic to work with. She is very knowledgeable and has a keen understanding of what customers want. She has great follow up skills and we appreciate that she went the extra mile, answering all of our questions. We are so happy with the quality of the fuurniture she recommended. Erin is a real GEM!
