Excellent service! Tracy and Victor were very helpful and patient with my package. Unfortunately, after gathering all the information we decided not to mail the package. But Tracy and Victor were very nice and friendly even though they spent a great deal of time and effort. Highly recommended!

I asked the guy for a sheet of stamps (forever stamps) and out of curiosity, I asked how much does 1 stamp cost now and days. He said $0.65. The sheet he gave me had 20 stamps. If he said $0.65 a stamp and there's 20 of them, that's $13 but he charged me $15. I paid it because I didn't have time to go the post office as this place was close. I essentially paid for convenience. As of Jan 2022, stamps are actually $0.58 so a sheet (20 stamps) is $11.60, which is what you would pay at the post office. I won't be buying stamps here again and advise others not to do so either, or question why 20 stamps are sold for $15.

Had some important documents to copy and FedEx and was super stressed but Victor was so helpful and put me at ease. Great service. Very professional. Will only use AIM from now on!
