Overall, it met our needs but service was lacking in several areas. We arrived on a Friday afternoon, and it was clear the front desk wasn't ready for us. But they got us situated soon enough. We ordered drinks, but it was hard to hear the waiter over the noise of the trains going by, and that's probably why my Manhattan came back on ice instead of up. The freeway noise is distracting as well. Also, be advised: the restrooms are drafty and exposed.

Giving them 1 star my first encounter is bad train broke down, and we got stuck for hours. Is this a regular occurance got to check maintenance.

Nice train station with clean restrooms. Station isn't much crowded in the day and is one of the access points to onboard Ace train near Dublin-pleasanton. Parking space with wheelchair accessible parking available. Bus station is located directly outside the station and drops available to pleasanton BART station. Have change handy if opting for buses. #HappyTravelling

This train has been a very good experience for me. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend, if you need to use public transportation, then use the ACE TRAIN.
