I was 5 minutes late for my appointment and the lady was curt and rude, acted like she had somewhere else to be. Also, it was way more than the price listed online. I’m sitting in my car and wish I had just walked out instead of paying.

Came here for a LiveScan and was told by requesting agency that it can only be done here. It clearly says online that you can walk in from 10:00-5:00pm on weekdays. I drove over an hour round trip, only for the door to be locked. I called the business number and the person who answered was less than helpful and her response was, "well I do walk-ins when I'm there". How am I supposed to know when you're there?! Completely unprofessional. What a joke.

Scent of the clear cream will NOT go away. I am autistic and very sensitive to smells, and sensory stimulation. It would have been nice to be told a recommended way to get it off. Best case would have been a non-scented solution. Experience was fine.

I had my fingerprint done today. To my surprise I was able to come in and out in less than 5 minutes. There was absolutely no waiting. The owner is super efficient and know exactly what needs to be done. I definitely will be back if I need to have it done again. Just remember to make your appointment ahead of time. I luck out because she was here for another appointment.

This review comes almost 6 months after my appointment as I have been waiting on my South African passport to arrive! Service at this location was fantastic! I was able to get all the documentation I needed notarized and I had my passport pictures taken. For South Africans who live in the Bay Area and aren’t able to renew their passports in LA right now, please do yourself a favor and head here for the necessary paperwork! Highly recommend! Thanks a million!
