GoogleMy husband had gone in there to get a gift card and the guy today did not even acknowledge him had his back facing him the whole time and all he said was “ it’s not working” not even being polite. Super bad customer service.

GoogleVery small and crowded, and it has a unkempt appearance. Their customer service is not the best, actually the attendants are usually rude. And most of the times the person working at the counter is on the phone and ignores you during your entire transaction. They should have an "asking questions is prohibited sign" posted on the wall, because when you do ask a question the attendant will usually act as If you are interrupting his day and talks to you in an annoyed voice, as if you purposely spoke to him in order to ruined his day. But it is very easy and convenient to pop in and grab something if you're in a hurry. They have a good selection of Slurpies available and all the machines are usually working and full of your favorite slushy drink, which I love! Even if there is a long line the cashier moves people through very quickly and your wait to check out will never be long. If not for these things I'd never go there at all.

GoogleI was in this store around 12:30 today to get some nachos and snacks the man in front of me was also getting nachos only he grabbed a cup to put the cheese into. I thought wow what a great idea now my chips won't be soft when I get around to eating them. So I grabbed a cup also and started to add some cheese when the machine ran out of cheese I waited for the cashier to finish with his buddy the other guy that gave me the idea to use a cup, so I told the cashier that the cheese was empty the cashier came over grabbed my cup and instructed me that I have enough cheese and walked away I didn't know what to do so I paid for the nachos and left when I got home I thought about it and this is not the first time something like that has happened to me at a 7-11 or quick stop type of business, I feel like I was discriminated against and I am going to write about this experience and never return to this place of business. Just because I don't speak the same language isn't a reason to be discriminated against.

GoogleWhy are 7-11s all over the place with product, cleanliness and service? Three tries I gave this location. Twice I left with nothing and once I settled and regretted. This particular location is awful. I totally get working as a clerk has to suck sometimes and maybe all the time, but your goal in life shouldn't be to make every human miserable. The store at Vasco and Las Positas is exceptional and I regret not going there. Airway is good too. Avoid 4th unless you are desperate, and then maybe try someplace else
